We use this data to provide our services and to process payment and invoicing, with the legal basis being the performance of a contract you have requested or the provision of the services you have requested. We retain this data for up to 10 years after final delivery to ensure the continuity of our services and in view of the contractor’s ten-year liability. We retain your billing details for legal reasons for 10 years from the calendar year following the invoice date.
Quotes and testimonials from members
If you give us your consent, we will process your data in order to publish “what our customers think” quotes or testimonials on our website. For this purpose, we will use your first name, surname, job title, quote and photo.
