A household services sector that benefits everyone.

Together, we are striving for a household help sector that is attractive, workable and affordable. For companies, household helpers, families and the government.

To achieve this, a strong federation is needed. Because only together can we give direction to the sector. Only in this way do we move forward and build the household help sector of the future. And the more voices we represent, the louder we sound and the greater our impact.

Code of conduct: principles that guide our collaboration

Clear agreements are the foundation of good cooperation. If we want to evolve towards a sector 2.0 and build the future, a shared framework is needed.

This code of conduct is first and foremost a framework of trust. It serves as a foundation for collaboration, not as a disciplinary instrument. Naturally, this code guides not only the members, but also the federation itself. Members, too, help to shape this code of conduct.

It is therefore important that members have a good understanding of the culture that Domiva embodies: people-oriented, unifying, courageous, principled, quality-driven and innovative.

Anyone who becomes a member subscribes to this code of conduct and to Domiva’s basic principles.

We put people first

Elke stem telt.

What happens if you, as a member, do not respect this code?

Follow-up is proportionate, confidential and aimed at restoration. Formal measures are reserved for serious or structural non-compliance.

Steps in this process:

  1. Conversation: addressing the issue and having a conversation, so that we can make adjustments where necessary.
  2. Warning: if, after this conversation, the code is still not respected, a formal warning follows, with a clear expectation and deadline.
  3. Suspension: temporary loss of certain rights, benefits or representation.
  4. Exclusion: only in cases of serious or structural non-compliance, with a careful procedure and right of reply.
